I am just starting out. Do you offer any program for me?
SweatShop Union honors and respects where every individual is on their journey to greater health and vibrancy. We use a scientific progression system to ensure every client is fully supported and will quickly advance on their road to lasting results. Consultations and fitness assessments will allow us to align a program to meet the needs of any clients goals.
How frequently should I train?
We understand that our clients lead busy lives. We are here to listen and assist with a routine that works well with your schedule. Our recommendation is two days a week of strength training, one day a week of interval cardio training (HiiT), and one day a week of any recreational activity outside our workouts for example one long hike in nature, or playing on a sports team. The SweatShop uses a proprietary point system to make sure you are hitting a required amount of effort within a week to achieve the results you are after. The magic number is five hundred points a week, equaling two thousand points a month. This is were results occur. We will explain on our discovery call.

Do I need anything to start?
We handle everything! We are a fully equipped training facility that uses a scientific training and personal development system. Align this with our cutting edge nutrition plans and you are on your way to a clear mind and vibrate body. Athletic clothes and a healthy attitude is all you need to bring.
How long until I see results?
Each person has many variable factors which may effect results. Stress levels, metabolic traits to dietary demands can all play a major role. Following the SweatShop Union 5 step system to greater health and vitality guarantees results within days.
Will I have to change my diet or lifestyle?
We understand that change is a intimidating process. We are here to support and guide you through your transformation of becoming the new you. We do not believe in a complete overhaul right off the start. We will assess and make changes based on your level of commitment. A life without change is a life without growth.
