Chaotic Theatre is the SweatShop’s foundational strength class. There will be no jumping, burpees, or running in this class. It is pure strength building, and muscle toning. It is you vs you vs the Iron. Chaotic Theatre has two touch points of scientific strength training principles woven together over four weeks of functional periodization. Do not be mistaken Chaotic Theatre is NOT a circuit training strength class. It is a real world lean muscle building, strength blasting protocol.

Urban Knox is the SweatShop’s kickboxing training class. This workout is a powerful combination where cardio meets skills training combined with mental discipline making Urban Knox the most superior form of fitness. When Urban Knox (kickboxing) is combined with Chaotic Theatre (strength training) you have the knockout combo to achieve all your fitness desires. Urban Knox incorporates a scientific cardio progression over four weeks. This cardio progression is layered on the foundation of skill training that comes from learning to perfect the combinations that kickboxing requires.  This demands the right and left side of the brain to work together creating an elevated fitness experience.
 
Urban Knox Is guaranteed to:

Unified Connection is the SweatShop’s circuit training class. It combines primarily strength training exercises (borrowed from Chaotic Theatre) combined with cardiovascular exercises (borrowed from Physical Graffiti) to create to perfect balance of strength and cardio or masculine and feminine energy combined into one workout.  Unified Connection uses scientific protocols over four weeks of progressions that go far beyond a standard circuit training session.  We incorporate unique blood flow principles to generate an elevated metabolic response, that create quicker results in half the time.
 
Unified Connection is guaranteed to:
  • Target multiple muscle groups generating muscle endurance and power

Physical Graffiti is the SweatShop’s HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class. Take your boring cardio workouts to another level and get better results in half the time. HIIT training alternates short bursts of intense exercise with brief rest periods, boosting your metabolism for days after the workout. In this class we jump, sprint, slam, and throw everything in but the kitchen sink. We take your heartrate to max effort and sometimes beyond. Leaving you feeling mentally and physically empowered. Physical Graffiti is the art of fitness that builds you up and doesn’t break you down. We infuse a four week cardio progression that is synergistic to all other classes making sure you body will never adapt to this unique stimulus.

Elevated Combustion is the SweatShop’s Sprint Interval Training (SIT) class. SIT training is a high-intensity workout method that involves short bursts of all-out sprinting, followed by longer rest periods. It’s an advanced form of HIIT, maximizing performance and fat burn in a short time. This class is perfect for the aging population because of its hormonal regulation and low impact on the joints and body.  Specific cardio machines were purchased and combined together to generate fast results while having minimal impact on the body. We spend 30 minutes in our cardio lounge, and 30 minutes in our strength area making Elevated Combustion a 50/50 class.
 
Elevated Combustion is guaranteed to:

This class is the perfect blend of eastern philosophy meets western science.   Altered Ego is the final piece of the fitness puzzle to help keep your body pain free, and firing optimally plus recover faster from all the yang energy of all our other classes. This class brings the balance needed for all those goals and results every client seeks.

Yes, the studio offers flexible scheduling options to fit busy lifestyles. Scheduling is done through our app!

Our recommendation is two days a week of strength training, one day a week of interval cardio training (HiiT), and one day a week of any recreational activity outside our workouts for example one long hike in nature, or playing on a sports team. The SweatShop uses a proprietary point system to make sure you are hitting a required amount of effort within a week to achieve the results you are after. The magic number is five hundred points a week, equaling two thousand points a month. This is were results occur. We will explain on our discovery call.
