CHAOTIC THEATRE: Build muscle, tone your body, and increase strength. This is our foundations class. It’s the real deal (no pink dumbbells allowed. Not that we have that color anyway)
URBAN KNOX: Take your cardio to the next level with kickboxing training straight out of team Canada’s kickboxing playbook
PHYSICAL GRAFFITI: Keep motivated with dynamic interval and circuit training. Everything and the kitchen sink is in this class
UNIFIED CONNECTION: Full body flow. Strength meets cardio meets core, and yes a little lot of booty
ELEVATED COMBUSTION: Short intense intervals performed on our purposefully purchased cardio machines. Great for aging bodies that still want intense intervals but just don’t want to feel like they were HiiT by extreme training
ALTERED EGO: Massage balls, yin yoga, athletic stretch, breathwork, and meditation. This class keeps us together
Each one of SweatShop Union’s boot camp classes have been designed with its own adaption training principles to activate our nervous system. The training stimulus shifts gears every week for four weeks progressing with more complexity week by week. We change lanes and DOWNSHIFT on the fifth week with a purposeful recovery week built into our program. This allows the nervous system to recovery from overloading it on the previous four weeks. For DOWNSHIFT week it is a 50/50 workout, half sweat, half foam rolling and athletic stretch. This is when the results really happen. Week by week we reach a new adaption training phase that guarantees the body to blast through plateaus to continuously achieve results. All you need is to show up with a positive attitude and we will take care of the rest.
Chaotic Theatre

Purpose: Build muscle tone and increase strength. Expect fast results, improved functional performance, and an aesthetically pleasing physique.
Benefits: Tighten and tone the body, which helps burn fat while you sleep. This class will send your body into optimized performance while you sit back and reap the rewards while at rest. This style of training will correct muscular imbalances, help prevent future injuries, rehabilitate current tweaks, and support muscular stabilization and activate neuromuscular coordination.
Approach: Chaotic Theatre is the foundation which your fitness goals can be built upon. This class utilizes a functional approach drawing upon unilateral (one side) and contralateral (opposite) training protocols. You will learn proper lifting and breathing techniques with a focus on alignment and purposeful intensity.
Urban Knox

Purpose: Urban Knox is a fun, intense hybrid kickboxing class. Knock out those boring cardio sessions and burn upwards to 1000 calories per kickboxing class with us. We practice the same crushing combos borrowed from the Canadian National Kickboxing team’s playbook.
Approach: Urban Knox uses a functional approach to new age cardio and interval sessions. Hitting neuromuscular and core activation through all planes of motion supercharging your workouts to gain quicker more sustainable results.
Benefits: Fun and unique training experience with cutting edge cardio and fat loss protocols. This class will send your body into powerful hormonal overdrive leaving you with great energy, vitality, and confidence.
Physical Graffiti
Sat: 10:00am
Purpose: Unique training experience that stimulates the heart rate with unique interval cardio exercises supercharching your training experience and igniting lasting results in less time than other traditional cardio methods.
Approach: Physical Graffiti uses a functional approach of combining body weight, and prop exercises that blend unique cardio moves combined in an interval training protocol. Expect more results in less time.
Benefits: Fun and unique training experience that delivers aesthetically pleasing shape and tone all while burning a ton fat within the same workout. This class will keep your body burning fat for up to 48 hours after the session allowing for greater results with less time.
Unified Connection
Wed: 6:30 pm

Purpose: An outside the box training experience that combines strength, cardio, and core. Everyone in the room in performing a different exercise and then becomes UNIFIED by the entire room completing a core move together. This is the second opportunity for a member of the Union community to get that much needed strength training added into their program but using a different format the Chaotic Theatre
Approach: Unified Connection uses a unique approach of combining compound strength exercises with unique cardio moves combined on and off our cardio machines in a dark lite room to give a disco nightlife experience
Benefits: This class will supercharge our results as it builds muscle which means we will burn more calories at rest, and simultaneously burn fat for days after the session which makes this a double whammy. Higher metabolic resting rate, and real time fat loss minutes after the session
Elevated Combustion
Fri: 6:00 pm
Purpose: A unique cardio session performed solely on cardio machine that combine upper and lower body movements together. Our cardio machines blend smooth and rhythmic movements that avoid impact one may experience from running, or jumping. This class is designed to give aging bodies or anyone with limitations the availability to still include HiiT training into their week. It is not limited to any demographic, it is an animal
Approach: Union members perform a few minutes of intervals rotating around specific cardio machines creating the ultimate Hiit experience but without the feeling of being Hiit from their workout
Benefits: This class allows for a deep level of intensity with no impact to the ankles, knees, hips, and spine. Union members push to levels they never thought where possible generating incredible heart health, with extreme fat loss all while sparing their joint health. Make no mistake just because there are no burpees in this session it still will be one of the most challenging cardio sessions you ever attend
Altered Ego
